Refund & Returns Policy
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original condition
- Have all tags attached
- Be returned in their original packaging
- Be free from damage, stains, perfumes, odours or alterations
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Skincare products
- Opened beauty products
- Used personal care items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Return Process

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received is defective
- The item received is damaged
- An incorrect item was sent
We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@desiaurauk.com
Include photographs showing the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Exchanges
If you require a different size or colour, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard returns process outlined above.
